Welcome to the North Texas Midwives Association.  Our organization of professional midwives is dedicated to providing North Texas families with quality midwifery care and increasing public awareness of the safety and benefits of out-of-hospital birth.  We also serve our fellow midwives in providing continuing education and regular meetings throughout the year.  We are involved in state-level midwifery issues and events and stay current and work on legislation issues that affect families birthing in Texas.
